Our Story :
HOMES FOR FORGOTTEN HEROES was born out of a profound experience and a deeply personal mission. Our founder, a distinguished U.S. Army veteran who proudly served his country for over six years, earned two Bronze Stars for acts of valor and leadership under extraordinary circumstances. While serving in the military, he faced an almost life-ending helicopter crash—an incident that became a turning point in his life. This harrowing event, combined with the devastation he witnessed among fellow soldiers returning home, shaped his unwavering commitment to addressing the plight of veterans who feel forgotten and abandoned.

A Personal Mission Coming back to civilian life, he was confronted with a heartbreaking reality: many of his brothers and sisters in arms struggled with homelessness, inadequate medical care, and mental health challenges. These were individuals who had risked everything for their country, only to find themselves without a safety net upon their return. This stark truth ignited his passion to create a tangible, impactful solution—a place where veterans could find not only housing but also dignity, community, and hope.

Our Vision :
At HOMES FOR FORGOTTEN HEROES, we are driven by a singular vision: to restore honor and humanity to those who have sacrificed so much. Through the creation of veteran-focused tiny home communities, we aim to provide a safe haven where veterans can regain independence while benefiting from resources tailored to their unique needs. Each community is designed to offer not just shelter, but also mental health support, medical assistance, and a sense of belonging. 

Why We Exist :
The challenges faced by veterans today are monumental.
• Homelessness: Over 37,000 veterans experience homelessness on any given night in the U.S.
• Mental Health: Many veterans grapple with PTSD, depression, and isolation, without access to proper care.
• Medical Needs: Chronic health issues are often left untreated due to lack of resources or support.
